As the only in-house graphic designer, I was a crucial part of Bellco’s marketing team working on a wide array of deliverables and projects.
I directed campaigns managing vendors and freelancers, while producing creative from start to finish. Developed new solutions to increase project productivity within the marketing team, and also implemented a brand new online portal for branches to order collateral directly to them.
campaigns
BLUE DIAMOND CREDIT CARD
Bellco was looking to expand their credit card portfolio through introducing a new cash back credit card. The marketing efforts targeted current Bellco members who resided in Colorado and did not currently have a Bellco credit card.
The campaign generated over 5,000 applications, with a 71% approval rate, and $37 million in new credit card limits.
Led the conception and implementation of this campaign. Solely designed all creative and coordinated with vendors to create all collateral.
‘Life’s Journey’ campaigns
Bellco wanted to refresh their marketing for their loan and deposit products: Boost Interest Checking Account & Home Equity ChoiceLine.
Concepted with marketing team on the messaging. Present for all commercial production, making decisions for every detail in the shoots.
Solely designed all marketing collateral made from stills of the commercials like posters, buckslips, brochures, and digital marketing.

general brand
Designed all collateral across the company for anything and everything.
Branches contained a lot of collateral such as posters, buckslips, brochures, desk mats, folders, window clings, pillowcases, paper applications.
At corporate I created the car wrap, various swag items (bags, water bottles, etc.), t-shirts, banners, signage, and even any Word doc or presentation that needed to be ‘prettied up.’

Mx boxes
In an effort to honor the hard work of the branch staff, Bellco devised a reward structure in the form of MX boxes. MX stands for Member Experience, which is an extremely important thing at Bellco. Members are able to take surveys after interactions with staff, and that data is accumulated into something called MX Scores.
Each quarter any branch that scored above a certain threshold would be chosen to receive the gift box, and each month one branch staff member that scored above a certain threshold would be chosen to receive a gift box. The boxes were usually themed with edible goodies, and could also include gift certificates or specific merchandise.
It was requested that the boxes would look very different from the Bellco branding, as to be something exciting to receive that looked different than what branch employees interacted with on a daily basis. I also refreshed the design once a year.
holiday video
Worked on this video with a freelance designer. I created all of the graphic elements, and she animated them. I made a few edits to the animation after she sent over the final file.
